An EPC Contract for Datang Binchang Power Plant 2¡Á600MW FGD Island Project was signed in by Zhejiang Zheda Insigma M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Datang Group Company Binchang Coal-Electricity-Gas Integrated Project Preparation Office in October 2007.

This project FGD Island project is to be constructed in EPC mode, and the scope of work includes design, fabrication, purchase, transport and storage, civil works, installation, commissioning, completion, trial-run, qualification run, defect repair , final turnover and startup of FGD Island as well as operation and maintenance training as stipulated in technical agreement.

The whole project is foreseen to be commenced in July 2007 and put into trial run at the end of January 2009.
