The EPC contract for Shenhua Baotou Coal to Olefins Project FGD Plant was signed by Zhejiang Zheda Insigma M&E Engineering Co., Ltd. and Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. in November 2007.

The scope of work includes but not limited to project management, administrative management, project design, purchase, construction, startup through completion acceptance necessary for successful realization of the said plant, including personnel training, instructions and assistance to the Owner during warranty period.

It is predicated that the whole project will be commenced at the end of September 2007 and put into trial run at the end of September 2009.
